Je suis Léa Sebaaly, designer de mobilier et d'espaces. Diplômée de l'École d'Art 

& Design de Saint-Étienne en 2015 et passionnée par le travail de la main, j’ai débuté 

ma carrière au studio Nada Debs à Beyrouth, où j’ai eu l’opportunité de m’imprégner 

de savoir-faire artisanaux ancestraux, de les mettre en lumière et de les réinventer 

à travers la conception de mobilier et d’accessoires.

Mon parcours m’a ensuite menée à rejoindre Prohibited, une maison d'édition 

de mobilier en devenir, pour laquelle j’ai conçu la ligne de meubles de lancement.

En 2022, j’ai fondé mon propre studio, un moyen pour moi de poursuivre 

mes explorations à travers des espaces et des objets qui deviennent des compagnons

du quotidien, tout en restant connectés à l’environnement dans lequel ils s’inscrivent 

et à la manière dont ils sont fabriqués.

I am Léa Sebaaly, a furniture and space designer. Graduating from the Saint-Étienne Higher School of Art & Design in 2015 and passionate about craftsmanship, I began my career  

at the Nada Debs studio in Beirut, where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in traditional artisan techniques, bring them to light, and reinvent them through the design of furniture 

and accessories.

My journey then led me to join Prohibited, an emerging furniture publishing house, for which 

I designed the launch furniture collection.

In 2022, I founded my own studio, a way for me to continue my explorations through spaces

and objects that become everyday companions, while remaining connected to the environment

in which they are rooted and to the way they are crafted.
